Ďakujeme za tvoju ochotu pomôcť nám s vylepšením Finbota. Napriek všetkej našej snahe sa občas môže vyskytnúť nejaká chyba. Pre efektívnejšiu komunikáciu nám prosím pošli aj nasledovné informácie:

  • tvoj operačný systém (Windows, MacOS alebo Linux), názov prehliadača a jeho verziu (napr. Google Chrome verzia 95.0.4638.54 a pod.)
  • verziu mobilnej aplikácie a operačný systém tvojho mobilu (iOS alebo Android)
  • detailný popis chyby a prípadne aj frekvenciu jej výskytu
  • veľmi nám pomôžu tiež screenshoty priamo z aplikácie
