How is my Finbot account secured?

The security of client data is our top priority. Data transfer from your bank to Finbot is secured by the https protocol and AISP certificate verification on your bank's side. We store the data on our own servers.

Access to your data is generated on the bank's side and we can no longer retrieve new transactions after the token expires or following a manual withdrawal of the Data Processing Consent.

Payment account details and transaction history are retrieved from your bank. However, Finbot cannot be used to initiate a payment or change your bank account settings. The data flow is one-way - from your bank to Finbot.

Access to personal data is strictly limited only to a necessary number of people, and we handle data primarily in their anonymized form. We protect your data as if it were our own.
